Sound Healing

What is sound healing?
(sound bath)
A sound bath is a transformative meditative experience in which participants are enveloped in waves from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. This powerful practice effectively promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and enhances mental clarity. As the soothing sounds wash over you, a sound bath balances your energy and cultivates a profound sense of inner peace. Many participants leave feeling rejuvenated and deeply connected to themselves.
